How To Order Honeyman Products
You can order Honeyman products from this site, if you have a Paypal account. Simply click the 'Buy This' button and follow the necessary steps once on the Paypal website.
Alternatively, you can order Honeyman products from any of these stockists. They often offer great savings on our products. 
Whenever you buy a Honeyman product from us direct or from one of our approved stockists, it will automatically come with a 12-month manufacturer's guarantee (extended guarantees apply on some products - part of the product feature list).
In the unlikely event that your product develops a fault, simply contact our Returns Department (details will be enclosed with product) to arrange the return. Our quality control department will inspect goods to verify fault. At Honeyman's discretion, we will either repair or replace the faulty item. We will then send your replacement / repaired goods to you free of charge.
If you only require a spare part for your Honeyman product, please call our spares department on 0844 542 0100 and we will happily send you the spare part required (for free, if still within the gurantee period).
Returns and Refunds
Every Honeyman product is covered by our 14-day trial period scheme. This means you have 14 days from the time you receive your order to decide whether or not you wish to keep your item(s).
If during the trial period, you decide that you do not wish to keep your purchase, simply contact us, return the item to us, and we will issue a full refund.
Whether you are returning goods because they are faulty and require replacing, or you are taking advantage of our 14-day trial period and wish to send an item back to us for a refund, it is very important that you obtain a Returns Merchandise Authority number (RMA) by calling 0844 542 0100 (Please ensure you have your original orders details to hand so that we can trace you on our order system quickly).
Without an RMA we will be unable to process your return.
During the phone call we will give you the delivery address to send the returned item to.
